As you know, we work very hard to keep LM_NET as “commercial-free” as possible. However, we don’t want you to miss useful announcements from vendors– particularly those messages about discounts, new products and specials. That’s where our vendor affiliate, EL-Announce comes in.  Its purpose is to provide a select forum for commercial messages of interest to those in the library media field. It is a read-only, moderated list server, with one or two announcements per day– with no discussion. Your questions and inquiries should go directly to a specific vendor (if you desire).
